The Monthly Check up gives you access to an onsite Microsoft certified engineer who can perform 1st and 2nd line (Computers, laptops, networking and server) support.
25 Point Health Check
All visits include a 25 point system health check, including such areas as disk space, antivirus, checking logs and many more which you sign off at the end of the visit.
It's simple
Most clients simply generate a list of problems for the engineer before they arrive. If all is well with your systems the enginerr will floor walk for the remainder of the visit making sure veryone is happy.
